TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders placed via thepopshop.shop are bound by the following terms and conditions:
01. Payment is to be made in full before full order is dispatched.
02. Cancellations of an order can occur if the order has not progressed past the processing stage, ready for dispatch. You are not charged for any order cancellation.
03. If you are unhappy with your product purchase, you can return it for a full refund. If you wish to return a product, you will have to cover the postal charge. Upon return receipt of the product, your full amount will be credited into the account from which it was paid. Our postal address is PO Box 469, North Perth WA 6006, Australia.
04. All products leave our warehouse in perfect working order and as they appear in our online store. If you are returning a product for a full refund, the product must be as it left our warehouse in order for the full refund to be processed.
05. All products are priced in Australian dollars (AUD). To convert AUD into international currency, use the currency converter here.
06. All prices include GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax).
07. Shipping is FREE for all orders to Australian addresses.
08. International shipping is a flat rate AUD$10.00 applied at checkout.
09.Orders are shipped the same day.
10. Domestic deliveries take 2-7 business days. International deliveries take 7-24 business days to arrive.
11. The Pop Shop ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom, USA. Apologies if your country is not on this list.
12. The Pop Shop reserves the right to cancel any order that has used a promotional code that was not given directly to the customer (ie: if that promotional code was offered by another outlet and not directly given to you by us).
13. Due to hundreds of products for sale on our site, we might have run out of an item you have selected, especially if has a promotion attached to it. This is very rarely the case but if so, we will get in touch with you personally to offer an alternative product, store credit, or to refund your money in full for that item.
